-Doxson.uk reserves the right to refuse serving any student who is not meeting courses and visa requirement
-Students will not receive 5% discount if they choose to pay the school directly
-Students must submit supporting documents along with the application form that are accurate, complete, genuine, and legally valid to the best of their knowledge.
-Students certify that Doxson is authorized to represent them on all matters related to their admission and interest with language schools
-Doxson.uk will not request visa letters from schools until it receives full payment
-Doxson.uk is not involved or responsible for visa procedure
-Doxson.uk shall not be held responsible or liable for any in such circumstances and no claim of any nature whatsoever will be entertained.
-Students confirm that they have seen and understood their chosen courses and that Doxson.uk will not be held responsible for its content.
-These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales.
-If case of cancellation, schools normally have different policies for refund that depend on the date of cancellation.
-Doxson.uk charges for admin work and bank transfer
-Fees can be paid by PayPal or Bank transfer.
-If an applicant wishes to pay by bank electronic transfer, it is compulsory to provide proof of fund transaction. Bank details are available on request.
-Cancellations and Refunds:
*All bank charges must be paid by students.
*Any refunds which are approved can only be made by Doxson.
*Doxson reserves the right to make fee adjustments at any time because of changes in the exchange rates.
-Students are entitled for refund:
* if schools terminate courses after courses start date and before the course completion date
* if schools do not provide courses as advertised due to circumstances beyond its control
* if visa application is refused, schools require evidence that students have presented full and legal supporting documents
